April 1st marked one of the worst prank wars ever seen in the home...Slightly tried putting poison ivy in my pants again, but not before John used WereTree sap to glue his hat to his head. It took Wendy forever to wash it all out and she was afriad she'd have to cut his hair. I'd never *seen* Slightly wail that much in his life, and that's saying something. Peter threw his hand in by mixing up Wendy's spice jars, which made for a bach of the worst gingerberry pancakes I've ever had. "One would think Cooksoon had prepared them" as Peter put it. That comment earned him very sour looks from Wendy all day.

Curly's by far was the worst, mostly in part that we're still not sure *how* he pulled it off. He managed to somehow get ahold of that horrid pink monstrosity of a dress Hook had Mullins wear and make a mockery of the Jolly Roger's flag, and run it up the mast! Hook was furious! (Which isn't much of a change from usual, but its good in a way to see that his wrath is no longer focused on his own crew. Wihout them, life in Neverland would be horribly dull.)

I arrived early so I could get the trip over with in time to catch breakfast back home. Although he was near impossible to understand through his outrageous accent, from what I can gather there seems to be something going on between Miss Nightshade and Starkey...who saw *that* coming? O-o;

The "fliching war" as I've dubbed it after Smee's post is rather amusing to watch--Mullins did nothing but stew and sulk on deck while preforming the morning duties; Nightshade was casting nervous glances over her shoulder and Billy still seems a little angry with himself for hiding Mullins' Guide to Neverland.

The captain, for his part, took a sort of sadistic pleasure at standing on one end of the deck and glaring at me the entire time I was there. I was so nervous, the breakfast I was helping Cookson make (if you can even call neverbird egg and seaweed omlets food) was almost ruined. Not like it would have made that much difference to the crew's stomach...I did however learn the difference between stew and meatloaf, and how to prevent one from turning into the other.

So all in all, a most invigorating morning adventure.

Well, thanks to an annonmyous donation of medicinal herbs, Wendy is finally back on her feet. And none too soon I might add--still going to the Jolly Roger though, things are starting to get interesting over there! Although, it would be best to be wary of the captain for now...

If anything, the biggest chore around here is keeping Wendy in bed. I know its habit, but she's up every ten minutes or so her voice weak and shaking saying, "I'll to that." It's half tempting to lock her in her room like we had Tootles. I'll be leaving the home for a bit today to go to the Jolly Roger and have entrusted care of Wendy to John; Peter volenteered, but I'm afriad he under estimates just how sick she really is. Cookson invited me for a cooking lesson, but I'm going more to confirm some of the gossip than for a cooking tutorial.

So I tried cooking again today while the others were out and the second attempt yeilded significant results: meat stew. It was supposed to be meatloaf, but I'm getting there. Wendy's still a bit under the weather, more so than a few days ago, but we're doing our best to keep the home running smoothly. Peter and the others spied on the pirates again and had a few interesting things to report...it's tutning into a regular gossip mill over there, honestly. I just hope no one gets the bright idea to start playing matchmaker over *here.*

Wendy, since we all know what happened to Smee, just relax, take a break...I'll try to make sure the home is taken care of. The last thing we need is you making yourself any more sick for our benefit. But one question first...how do you darn a sock?

Time:02:48 pm
Well, it seems the worst of it's over. a few days ago Slightly went on the internet and found out it was "St. Patricks Day" and started pinching everyone for "not wearing green." Peter mumbled something about wearing green in a previous life and went back to drawing something I couldn't quite make out...looked like a mermaid with a mustache. (WTF?) My arms are still raw from being pinched so much.

Curly, spirits far from dampened by his current condition, let Tootles out of the room we're keeping him so he doesn't eat the furniture...and now it looks like the Twins will have their work cut out for them in repairs once they're well. Peter, as espected, thought it was hillarious until Tootles tried to eat him. And theres been no word on Nighthade to boot. This does not bode well.

Well, at least I am. Curly passed whatever he had to Peter, which pretty much means no adventures until he's recovered. It's horrible, but I feel...good seeing Peter like that. For as uppity he can get on a normal day I think it's good that he suffers a bit. Those of us who are well enough to do so have been helping Wendy take care of the other boys. I'm thinking of trying to barter with Nightshade on the Jolly Roger for some of those herbs as the Indians are wary about approaching us now. It's worth a try, at least. I'm one of the only ones well enough to attempt to fly anyway...

Wendy stopped me from getting over to the Jolly Roger to introduce Hook to Mr. Poison Ivy. On second thought, it was probably a good thing.

What a wonderful suggestion Billy! I think I might put it to use. Wendy has done her best to keep Curly and I separated here, but elsewhere I'm free to roam. Maybe I should pay your dear captain a visit?

Odd goings on the Jolly Roger. Hook has taken ill with whatever malady Cookson had. Peter suggested bombing him with Neverbird doo again, while he still can without fear of retaliation. There are much bigger, messier things in Neverland than that, however.

While I received an enticing offer from Cookson to aid in my quest for vengance, I doubt I'm still truely vindictive enough to take it---and besides, Curly seems to have the onset of a cold thanks to our last encounter with the pirates. Wendy thinks he shold be over it in a few days, though. Damn.

The sneaky little twit! I just learned (by way of the Twins) that Curly helped Slightly with the poison ivy! I was wondering why he looked so pleased with himself while I rolled on the floor, itching in pure agony. They will both pay dearly for this.

Billy Jukes, Robert Mullins and the blond woman came ashore today, looking for Neverberries--Mullins looked none to pleased with having a woman there and I can only guess why; he tried to kill the woman...*twice!* I hate saying this but if it weren't for Billy, that trip across could have turned out very differently. *Shudders*
Still haven't figured out a good way to get Slightly back for the poison ivy, though the swelling and iching as gone down quite nicely thanks to this balm Wendy got from the Indians. That girl has the patience of a saint by the way. We (accidentally) left the house in something of a mess again but she didn't say anything, just started setting it right again... Not that Peter wanted it straightened, but a clean home is a small price to pay for darned socks and shirts whenever we need them.
(Now if only I could get Peter to believe that!)

I sincerely hope that Slightly doesn't try to sleep any time soon, because as soon as he does...
Went with Wendy, Curly and John to the Jolly Roger a few days ago--something about making sure Hook doesn't die of malnutrition before Peter kills him. Not that I think Peter or Hook *will* ever get that close, they'd miss one another too much; that and I doubt Wendy would approve of such violence (although in Slightly's case, I'm hoping she'll make an exception. No, the only right course of action there is greivous bodily harm, and god would agree with me.) Curly, in confidence, mentioned that he wouldn't mind a laugh or two at Slightly's expense...who wouldn't? I mean, the kid tries but he's got a thing or two to learn before slipping into *these* shoes.
